Pauline Poletti was hired as NBDHMT’s first full time employee in February, 1991.
She began just as the CHT exam was being finalized by the Board. Born in Port Sulphur, LA, she has lived in Southern Louisiana all her life and attended the University of Louisiana – Lafayette (USL). Before being employed with the Board, she worked in finance, insurance and real estate law, and an international engineering and construction firm based in France. She has been the primary source of information for the CHT, CHRN AND DMT certification applicants.




Mandy Wise
is a graduate of Delgado Community College with an Associate of Business Degree in Office Careers. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant for 14 years in the insurance, legal and medical field. After returning from Hurricane Katrina evacuation in October 2005, NBDHMT welcomed her as its new secretary. She also worked with Van Meter & Associates for 7 years as an administrative assistant in emergency medicine and hyperbaric medicine.
